The field of radiology has specific sub-streams such as diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology that can be gained post completing the graduation course of BSc MIT or BSc medical imaging technology. While the diagnostic stream focuses on recognition of the problem through imaging, the interventional aspect deals with procedure procedures that ensure treatment course through a minimum amount of invasion, as opposed to surgical options. With constant medical and technological advancements, it becomes quite necessary to ensure students are kept abreast with the latest innovation and technology involved in their course as well a further career.
